Instructions for PDF Files

These instructions will help you fill out, sign, and submit our wedding documents electronically. You can always print out the forms, fill them in, and mail them, but to insure faster service and make sure that your date is reserved, we strongly recommend following these suggested procedures.

  1. You MUST have the latest Adobe Reader (version 8+) to fill out and submit these forms electronically. Click here to go to Adobe's download page. You will have to restart your browser after installing; you may want to bookmark this page (Ctrl+D) to make it easier to come back.
  2. Click one of the following links to open the form in a new window (that way you can switch back and forth between that window and this one):
  3. If you get an "Xml parsing error: no element found", save the PDF file to your hard drive (by right-clicking the link above and choosing Save Link As or Save To Disk) and open it directly from there.
  4. Now that you have the form open, you need to complete as much of it as you can. Follow the directions in the PDF file.
  5. If you are filling out an information form, either print the completed form or use the Submit by E-mail button to send it to us directly (recommended). Once you have mailed it to us (either literally or virtually), that's all you need to do.
